Apply for Vietnam eVisa online
Prepare your passport and portrait photograph, then complete your personal and travel details.
Ready to begin?
Read the photo guidance below, or start now. You can continue with missing information or imperfect photos.
Before you start
Have your passport, travel plans, address in Viet Nam, contact details and emergency contact ready. The only document uploads are your portrait and passport data page, plus a portrait for any child included in that same passport.
Passport data page image
Photograph or scan the biometric/data page. Aim for a clear image showing the whole page and all four corners, without cropped edges.
Portrait photography
Use a recent portrait, approximately 4 × 6 cm, JPG/JPEG and under 2 MB. Face the camera without a hat or glasses, wear appropriate clothing and use a white background. These are recommendations: image dimensions, framing or background imperfections will not stop you continuing.
Ready to apply?
No flight ticket, hotel booking, bank statement, employment proof or insurance-policy upload is requested.
